British Airways - Lack of response

I have tried to contact British Airways by phone. I was on the line for over 30 minutes and again for 10 mins. All you get is music and a voice saying "one of our agents" etc. I tried to contact an agent via their online chat. I was 328 in the queue.

How do you contact them for an urgent matter.

Absolutely poor management and control !!
