This has been the most horrible experience I had in my entire life. Today was my Academic test day signed on did the precheck all was well. Then came the person that assisted me with checking my desk and my room. I have no computer and the only close thing I have was a Asus Ally that is a windows device and is considered a computer as it has windows on it. I was told that I cannot use the device as its a gamepad and that I need to remove it. I stated to the person that if I remove it I will not be able to take the test. I was told its a non-essential device. The person told me that I need to quit the exam portal and join with a other device within 5 minutes..... Impossible. I got my work laptop downloaded the software and logged in. I was logged out, I tried to connect to the Test Taker portal and constantly got a 502 bad gateway. Tried for almost 2 hours when it decided to start working. l requested for a live chat and have been waiting and waiting for someone to assist me. I received a mail stating that I will not be getting a refund as I was using a non-essential device..... Its a essential device for me to do the test. I am disgusted to the highest.
