We arrived in the Windmill Casino parking lot at around 15:51 on 29 October 2023. Got into the spur at 16:05. We were taking to our table and was told a waiter will be with us soon. We waited until 16:25 and we still haven't received anyone that came to take our order. I then told my family that we are leaving as we are not going to receive service. Complained to the manager and we left. This is very poor service and also unacceptable.
This has been the most horrible experience I had in my entire life. Today was my Academic test day signed on did the precheck all was well. Then came the person that assisted me with checking my desk and my room. I have no computer and the only close thing I have was a Asus Ally that is a windows device and is considered a computer as it has windows on it. I was told that I cannot use the device as its a gamepad and that I need to remove it. I stated to the person that if I remove it I will not be able to take the test. I was told its a non-essential device. The person told me that I need to quit the exam portal and join with a other device within 5 minutes..... Impossible. I got my work laptop downloaded the software and logged in. I was logged out, I tried to connect to the Test Taker portal and constantly got a 502 bad gateway. Tried for almost 2 hours when it decided to start working. l requested for a live chat and have been waiting and waiting for someone to assist me. I received a mail stating that I will not be getting a refund as I was using a non-essential device..... Its a essential device for me to do the test. I am disgusted to the highest.
<p>I went to the MTN branch in Southern Centre as a new customer for a contract on Friday the 13th. We filled in the forms and the lady told me that it will take 48 hours to be approved. Today Moday the 16th I went back there to find out the progress of my application. There was no help at all, I was told I need to wait longer.</p>
I went to Samsung in Bloemfontein at Loch Logan to get myself the Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.5. The sales person told me the he needs bank statements, we then went to go fetch that and went back to the store. He got all our information and said he will input this into the system. I agreed on R399.00 per month that was the deal he gave me. This all happened between 15:00 - 16:00. I came back later at 17:30 to find out if everything was ok, because they tried to call me. He told me that he could not insert the info into the system because there was a new deal coming out. Well thats not my problem i want my stuff sorted out. This is very poor service before head office goes home they need to make sure they added all the new deals for the weekend. I am very disappointed.
I went to Edgars the other day to open a account everything went well the person who was helping me even told me that it was approved and that they will call me as soon as i can come get my card. A week has passed and decided to go and go find out what was taking so long. The person asked me for my ID number to check then it said it was declined. In the first place I was not contacted in anyway that it was declined. I wasted petrol going there with the idea to buy clothes, but that did not happen.
