On 31st August I was called by Sindiswe Mkhize from Broadband Solutions and was offered a free router and 40gigs per month for R154/month for a two year contract. I was told that I could try the product out for free until end of October. I then approved the debit order MMS. Numerous cellphone calls (& costly cell bills) & numerous emails later, I STILLL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!I have spoken to Shaun Pillay, Simone Pillay, Samantha, Telosha, Fiona Cook , and Amanda Naidoo who just put the phone down on me. Telosha keeps on saying that the courier has a delay and now does not answer her emails. It is now 31st October and I demand the product that was sold to me and answers. How can any reputable company operate in this unprofessional manner? I have left numerous messages for Desigan Kisten and Shaun Pillay to call me for clarification and explanation, but without success. What a total *****ulent company. They should be held accountable!
