Been ordering for two years now from TEMU. Will always utilise TEMU- Support chat has been helpful always. The majority of items that I ordered are great & have reordered! Thanks! Sometimes, items are not in the package & some are damaged; which is extemely disappointing - but I do understand that it is due to shipping & courier & not TEMU. Overall - Great & bank details are kept secure.
Snupit - completely ignoring my responses. I am now being physically threatened by his brother at 6h30 in the morning. Frank 078 763 8066. He is threatening me and my home. They stole my dust broom and now they are accusing me of *****ing their roller. THE TOOLBOX AND LADDER WAS COLLECTED BY ONE OF THEIR REFERRALS ON WEDNESDAY MORNING AND THE CASH WAS PAID TO THE COLLECTOR. (MARIA) MY GARDENER IS A WITNESS AS SHE EVEN COUNTED THE CASH AND WE LOADED THE TOOLBOX AND LADDER INTO HER BAKKIE. I did ask for referrals and his proof of address before work commenced and an ID/passport. This is what I received and the passport is illegible and the proof of address keeps changing. Then I was told Kensington. The address attached is incorrect. I WANT THE THREATS TO STOP VIA WHATSAPP - I PAID THEM HALF FOR A SHODDY JOB IN CASH VIA MARIA (THE AGREEMENT WAS TWO DAYS) THEREFORE ONLY HALF WAS DUE WHICH WE PAID. THE VOICE NOTES ARE CONSTANT WHICH I CAN SEND. AS WELL AS ALL THE WHATSAPP PROOFS. I SIMPLY CANNOT BELIEVE THAT SNUPIT WOULD REFER A CONTRACTOR OF THIS CALIBRE. Without any honesty, integrity or valid passports. A contractor who assures a 10 year guarantee is contactable at a verified home address, has a valid passport/ID and is completely transparent. & HAS THE CORRECT TOOLS AND MATERIALS AFTER BEING IN THIS BUSINESS SUPPOSEDLY, for 15 YEARS!
Since 14 April 2025, I have been requesting a copy of my policy schedule!! but only recieve it in an ATT FORMAT! Now I need to submit a claim, but none of Budget Insurance no's work and are all unavailable! I have used an absurd amount of airtime to try and get hold of them. The head of Budget - Tyrone, does NOT RESPOND to emails. How useless is this company that cannot even call a client back or send the Policy schedules....No one seems to work there - countless attempts to request a call back - hours later STILL NOTHING!
Absolutely aweful service. Was employed to repair pump & put in a leaf catcher. Pump caught on fire, paint by leaf catcher isn't even fibreglass & not correct colour and the paint is peeling all around. The expansion joint is not completed. He was paid over R6000 in full in December(said his wife needed med's); promised to come back in January - doesn't honour any promises or guarantees. Definitely WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

On 31st August I was called by Sindiswe Mkhize from Broadband Solutions and was offered a free router and 40gigs per month for R154/month for a two year contract. I was told that I could try the product out for free until end of October. I then approved the debit order MMS. Numerous cellphone calls (& costly cell bills) & numerous emails later, I STILLL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!I have spoken to Shaun Pillay, Simone Pillay, Samantha, Telosha, Fiona Cook , and Amanda Naidoo who just put the phone down on me. Telosha keeps on saying that the courier has a delay and now does not answer her emails. It is now 31st October and I demand the product that was sold to me and answers. How can any reputable company operate in this unprofessional manner? I have left numerous messages for Desigan Kisten and Shaun Pillay to call me for clarification and explanation, but without success. What a total *****ulent company. They should be held accountable!
My claim No. 335018399 for my swimming pool pipe repairs was rejected by Outsurance and I was then informed that my pool pipes did not form part of my insurance policy. During the conference call with Outsurance assessor and their swimming pool expert (Swimline North), I was informed that I would have to refibreglass my entire pool as the leak was due to bad workmanship. I then hired my own pool expert in December 2022, who advised to dig up and check the pipes first. I submitted the photographic evidence to Outsurance and submitted a claim for the pool pipe repairs. I also requested the conference call recording to be sent to me. (Which still has not been received from August 2022) Since my claim was rejected, I then requested my policy to be cancelled at end of April 2023. Having received no feedback from February from Outsurance & having to call them numerous occasions, I then called again & spoke to Ms Jovanna Muniz (Retentions Department) on 26th April 2023. During the conversation with Jovanna Muniz, she informed me that my Outbonus of R2121-01 was due on 25th April and would still be paid to me since I was only cancelling on 31st April 2023 and my debit order had gone through for April. All Outsurance’s calls are recorded so this is on record. On 17th May 2023, I finally received a call from Ms Yandani Zungu (Retentions Department – Ms Jovanna Muniz’s supervisor). She confirmed that I had spoken to the following people at Outsurance: 1. Shena Bresick 2. JOVANNI MUNIZ 3. SHAI MOOSA 4. ELSIE 5. MPUMI MAHLANGO 6. Mbulelo Matlwana – Assessing Department 7. AND AGAIN TODAY TO PARIKSAH NUNDHLALL I requested that she listen to the tape recording between myself & Jovanna Muniz who confirmed and provided me with the Outbonus figure of R2121-01 as well as the payment due date of 25th April 2023.. During the conversation with Ms Yandani Zungu, she committed to providing me with feedback & the tape recording by 24th May 2023. Today, is the 5th June and now despite numerous emails to Outsurance (See below), all is silent from Outsurance. I want my outbonus of R2121-01, which was recorded. This company are blatant ******. All their calls are recorded and the outbonus figure of R2121-01 due to me should have been paid on 25th April 2023. Now, despite numerous emails & many telephone calls, there has been no FURTHER COMMUNICATION from Outsurance. This is *******
I did not receive my order which was left outside some random wall. My account was debited with R224, yet I only received a refund of R126. I was told that my uber account had a credit of R112 to use in my next order - Yet there is nothing in my wallet. Despite many emails, still no resolution & NO CREDIT OF R112! UTTER ******, YOU ARE UNABLE TO CALL ANYONE. THERE IS NO CONTACT DETAILS
Thank you so much for kindly assisting me and going the extra mile which is so rare these days. I will definitely only be utilizing Swift Solar Pool solutions in the future. I can highly recommend this company for their excellent work ethics and service.
RCS IS A CON ARTIST! WHEN I OPENED THE ACCOUNT WITH GAME YEARS AGO - ON MY TERMS & CONDITIONS - NOT ONCE WAS IT EVER STIPULATED THAT WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL - I WOULD HAVE TO REQUEST THAT MY ACCOUNT BE CLOSED!!!!!! I HAVE HAD THIS ACCOUNT FOR YEARS NOW, WHY ON EARTH DO I NEED TO PHONE RCS & WASTE MY AIRTIME ON A CALL WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL IN SEPTEMBER. I HAVE HAD A CALL TODAY FROM A RUDE WOMEN FROM RCS WHO CLAIMS THAT THE R140 IS A SERVICE FEE - FOR WHAT!!!!!! I SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT ON 20 SEPTEMBER AND IT STATES IN FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT! NO OTHER CREDIT ACCOUNTS HAVE THE AUDACITY TO DEMAND A SERVICE FEE WHEN THE BALANCE IS ZERO!! WHAT EXACTLY IS RCS SERVICING!! ON A NIL BALANCE. WHAT ABSOLUTE CROOKS!! THREE EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT TO RCS COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT - TO-DATE, NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED - YET EVERY DAY, I GET CALLED TO PAY THE R140!
