Most unprofessional business every , try calling the call centre on 0876549882 , when you state your complaint the lady did not want to give her name said I must call back after there tea time she can not assist me , after I said I can't call again as I am struggling to get them to answer she put me on hold , people don't buy anything from broadband Solutions, they even say they working from telkom , when you call telkom no help either , I want to return the product within 7days and no help from Broadband Solutions or Telkom SA . Waiting for a response 0813619455

recently acquired a Samsung A25 under a contract deal. Unfortunately, the phone has become unresponsive despite not being damaged in any way. When I contacted the call center and sent an email to get a replacement, I received no response. This lack of customer support is very disappointing

On 31st August I was called by Sindiswe Mkhize from Broadband Solutions and was offered a free router and 40gigs per month for R154/month for a two year contract. I was told that I could try the product out for free until end of October. I then approved the debit order MMS. Numerous cellphone calls (& costly cell bills) & numerous emails later, I STILLL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!I have spoken to Shaun Pillay, Simone Pillay, Samantha, Telosha, Fiona Cook , and Amanda Naidoo who just put the phone down on me. Telosha keeps on saying that the courier has a delay and now does not answer her emails. It is now 31st October and I demand the product that was sold to me and answers. How can any reputable company operate in this unprofessional manner? I have left numerous messages for Desigan Kisten and Shaun Pillay to call me for clarification and explanation, but without success. What a total *****ulent company. They should be held accountable!

There I was minding my business going about my day trying to earn my hard-earned money. A telemarketer calls me, and because I try never to be rude, I listen to this Madam over the phone selling me dreams about a data package from MTN for 40GB a month for the price of R175. Okay, I agree to this package and receive two SIM cards several days later. After using these SIM cards (don't even know why there were two) I run out of data but I know for sure I have not used up 40GB worth of data. Ey, I call in at MTN and ask them what's the deal, only to find they are not the ones who sold me the contract. Instead, it's this company Broadband Solutions. They indicated that they would get the MTN accounts manager to call me after they listen to the recordings to see the way forward. I had to call in about 4 times to finally rectify this, to which the lady on the call tells me they will just cancel the contract. She then tells me I don't have the authority to listen to the recordings myself and that I will need to pay a cancelation fee for the contract. Hang on Karen, what? You want me to pay for a contract that was falsely sold because I didn't indicate a problem with the contract during the cooling-off period? How would I have known about the nonsense contract that was: 4G 0638336741 (Night 12 midnight 1 min to 5AM) R99 and 22GB (Youtube) 2G 0656128271 (Night 12 midnight 1 min to 5AM) R59 1gb nighttime) If I didn't call in at MTN after the data ran out. I guess I am the fool for thinking you ********s sold me the correct contract. MTN is not innocent in this either as they allow these third-party dullards to sell me a false product. Also, it is MTN that sets the cancellation fee that gets charged to my account. Please, Please, Please, as South Africans we are already dealing with crime and load-shedding, now we find ourselves in bed with ********s and false contracts from well-known brands. Get it right for once!

This is genuinely a rubbish company. They call you (unprovoked) and nag you to take internet contracts and then promise delivery. This happened to me on tye 13th of February, where this man from the company called me and convinced me to take two data contracts and a router. This man SOLD this product to me and what's annoying is that a female "manager' jumped onto the line and confirmed the details. They promised that they would deliver the products in 7-14 days and I'm still waiting. I was given a number that they don't pick up when I call. I'm frustrated, because now I have to run around trying to ensure that they don't deduct money from my account as I have not received the products.

A nightmare. A lady called me on 23rd January 2023, a promotion on router. Took the contract, with the sales speach of, money will be deducted end of Feb 2023, did not happen. Money R501 deducted 31/01/2023. Sales speach again, router will be delivered 7-14days, today is the 25th if February 2023, still no router in sight. Called numerous times, no one answers the phone. Tried there email on their webpage no success. The worst company in RSA to deal with.
