Worst service ever driver very rude when phoning about the delivery address when you report the driver they cancel your order , MR D , think your business is big and you dont focus anymore on the customers who has supported you all this time to grow and now your drivers can treat us the way they want like we are dogs in the streets . Worst service ever , they schedule a fitment on Tuesday 08/07/2025 for fitment on 10/07/2025 at 8 , when I called to follow up they tell me profile has been deleted , spend 4hours on a call with no assistance place on hold , I had to take a vehicle which generates money for me from the road just to have a fitment that was supposed to be done at 8 only done at 2 in afternoon lost a day of sales , then the device is faulty while tech installs I told him the camera isn't working didn't even care , I have spend Over R300 in airtime and have lost R5000 + in sales , then I keep calling for someone to fix it and been placed on hold again for 30min then the lady tells me I should fight , I wonder if she will be happy first to struggle to get installation then struggling with a defective device lost sales and lost money on airtime to call just to be placed on hold for hours , then they would even care about one customer who has been treated so badly because they are a big company I am so disappointed in this company I am lost without words
Worst call centre service ever , they can't assist me i must call there 3rd party broadband Solutions for assistance and also there no help , sold me a router on contract , the amount is different from consultant , product doesn't work , and I want the product cancelled and returned within 7days I received it 11/02/2025
Most unprofessional business every , try calling the call centre on 0876549882 , when you state your complaint the lady did not want to give her name said I must call back after there tea time she can not assist me , after I said I can't call again as I am struggling to get them to answer she put me on hold , people don't buy anything from broadband Solutions, they even say they working from telkom , when you call telkom no help either , I want to return the product within 7days and no help from Broadband Solutions or Telkom SA . I have been verbally abused by your representative, the big guy wearing black and a green tie approached me and he wanted to enter our store i told him that we open at 9 , he said he wanted to sign something with my staff , i said he can sign at 9 , he the sweared me saying what the **** , i said you cant speak to me like that het then said you ma se **** and that he will kill me , old mutual just know that if you do not deal with this person i will make sure this goes viral .
Thank you Capitec Bank in Bethlehem your sales consultant Nozi who throws customers ID and personal documents back at them , your branch has very rude and unprofessional consultants , i will be cancelling my account and move it elsewhere.
Consultant does not give feedback on application, called call center agent made many promises none was kept , waited a month for any response send an email to Consultant, call center agent and to customer service , n week has passed and still no response , the bank does not care about me and i do a lot of business with them .
Worst bank by far , unpleasant and unhelpful staff .
Most pleasant service received , this is what customer service is all about , THE CUSTOMER ... thank you MFC your company deserves to stive .... your service is impeccable and your staff/consultants super friendly and helpful ... most definitely seeing future business with Nedbank and MFC...
It is with much disregard to send an email regarding the customer service i received from Rebeca at the call centre on 29/05/2020 16:40 . First of all i phoned a couple of times for assistance regarding insurance claim on my loan account , emails were send with the required documents and until now no response from anyone , however i get a lot of calls asking me for payment and when i tell the consultant's phoning me that i send documents to insurance and i still did not get a response from anyone , yesterday i managed to borrow money from my family members to pay african bank because i do not get any help from the insurance department , i am currently not earning an income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However i managed to borrow from my family whom is also struggling just to get my african bank loan paid . So after payments were made i called the call centre and the voice operator said if i want to speak to a friendly consultant press 9 , so i did and my call were answered by Rebecca on the 29/05/2020 around 16:40 , i was trying to confirm as to what was going on with the account , where is payments received and were not , i was rudly interrupted by Rebecca saying that she is nog going to repeat herself and that he does not understand what i want from her . I do know that all conversations are recorded and there for advise you to listen to the call to hear how i was helped and treated by one of your so called friendly consultants. I also request that the recording be send to me as i am busy with a formal complaint at the ombudsman. It feels to me as soon as she knew i was a white man after my security questions she changed completely. African bank is a bank for all and that is what i understood, if the bank was not meant for me then someone can just inform me and i will gladly take my business elsewhere. I am not at all satisfied with the way i was treated as a customer of african bank .
