Request for Replacement of Non-Responsive Samsung A25 (Contract Deal)

recently acquired a Samsung A25 under a contract deal. Unfortunately, the phone has become unresponsive despite not being damaged in any way.

When I contacted the call center and sent an email to get a replacement, I received no response. This lack of customer support is very disappointing
