Pathetic service!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Brocka Canal Walk

I'm shocked and disappointed by the subpar service my family and I received during our visit to Brocka Canal Walk. We arrived at 6:45 pm, expecting a pleasant dining experience, but what we got was a lengthy wait and mediocre food.

Our food arrived a staggering 1 hour and 50 minutes after we ordered, at 8:35 pm. To make matters worse, the food was cold and lacked any discernible flavor.

The service was pathetic, to say the least. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, Brocka Canal Walk fell woefully short of my expectations.
