Poor Management of Cradlestone Mall

The staircases' from the ground floor to the lower level where Virgin Active is , is filthy. Coming from ABSA down or the Mall Management Offices down. Looks like a ******* dump/ toilet. ******* and urine all over .Can hardly breathe. Have complained a few times before over the past year to Mall Management, but no result. I f the Mogale Health Department is “working” I am going to report it to them. Cradlestone Mall.

Sadly I am not holding my breath. This is already 2 years of reporting and nothing done. Your person that oversees the mall from head office should be dealing with this NOT the mall management who are unable to deal with it. Sorry...
