Bronberg Herotel

We had the worst experience with these people. They have very bad comunication skills. It's always a struggle and a battle to get service delivery. I would not reccomend them to anyone.

After sales support sucks

Customer contact centre for technical support is non existent. You hold on for ever, then get a call-back option, which they DONT call you back, do they have only 1x operator attending to all calls?
