Morning. I have a mtn contract phone. I phoned mtn customer care to find out if i'm behind on payment or if there's any outstanding ballance. She then told me there was an amount of R2146.00. I then went to a mtn branch to pay the outstanding amount of R2146.00. The lady at the branch had no idea what i was talking about as the amount due was R870 and it was going to be debited on the 31st of May. I then phoned customer care again and the guy helping me told.me there was no outstanding balance of R2146.00. Last night on the 31st of May they deducted R2144.00 TWICE meaning they took R4288.00.
We had the worst experience with these people. They have very bad comunication skills. It's always a struggle and a battle to get service delivery. I would not reccomend them to anyone.
