Brookdale do not want any business
I visited Brookdale interested in making a booking at the spa and buying products and the receptionist outright said Brookdale does not want to do business with me. Then she totally ignored me.

Brookdale Health Hydro
We were there for 6 nights. Not only were there Massages, facials, etc but there were at least two exercise options a day. Aqua sizes, walks, Pilates and Yoga as well as a gym where one could exercise independently. There were informative talks every day on nutrition, importance of exercise, good eating, stress management and supplements. The meals were extremely tasty and well balanced. You never felt hungry. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone who needs to recharge their batteries and step out of the rat race for a while. There are two, three, and four day options available. It is in the KZN Midlands so the weather is great.
