The lifts are terrible. The one lift inside Woolworths kept me waiting and waiting fir at least 10 min. Then i called centre management who said they will send security out to check. Then I went to the lift outside Edgars. Waited snd waited snd waited. I had to top up my parking ticket again. I kept on calling center management and the lady said she can report it, but it is out of her hands. I had groceries with me, so i couldn’t use the escalators. When I EVENTUALLY got into the lift, the door kept closing and opening. We waited and waited. This id unacceptable. Brooklyn Mall is supposed to be in one of the more affluent areas. Why is this not taken care of? The trolley people helped me carry my groceries down the escalator. They told me that it has been a problem now for how long!! Brooklyn mall, please get your ducks in a row and tend to these lifts. PLEASE
