My experience with Brooklyn Motorlab has been nothing short of unacceptable. My vehicle was assessed on 05/12/2025 at 08:00, and during that assessment the assessor explicitly assured me that the damage on the rear passenger side behind the driver would be repaired through my claim. That promise was clear, direct, and unambiguous. Yet despite that commitment, nothing was done. The damage remains exactly as it was on the day of the assessment. There was no follow‑up, no explanation, and absolutely no accountability from their side. I was left chasing answers that never came, while they simply ignored the very issue they promised to resolve. This level of disregard for a customer’s time, trust, and vehicle is completely unacceptable. If this is how they handle assessments and claims, people deserve to know. I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their assurances — because in my case, those assurances meant nothing.
