My experience with Brooklyn Motorlab has been nothing short of unacceptable. My vehicle was assessed on 05/12/2025 at 08:00, and during that assessment the assessor explicitly assured me that the damage on the rear passenger side behind the driver would be repaired through my claim. That promise was clear, direct, and unambiguous. Yet despite that commitment, nothing was done. The damage remains exactly as it was on the day of the assessment. There was no follow‑up, no explanation, and absolutely no accountability from their side. I was left chasing answers that never came, while they simply ignored the very issue they promised to resolve. This level of disregard for a customer’s time, trust, and vehicle is completely unacceptable. If this is how they handle assessments and claims, people deserve to know. I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their assurances — because in my case, those assurances meant nothing.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP!! I am an external person that they got to do work and they don’t pay up for the work done. These guys are *****s and should not be operating and *****ing peoples money, they do not deserve to be supported by the community and should not be operating a business, avoid them at all costs and support a company that is paying their suppliers

I am currently experiencing extremely unsatisfactory service from Brooklyn Motorlab. I have been receiving sms updates regarding the progress on the repairs of my motor vehicle, as well as calls from the workshop manager, David. Unfortunately, the feedback is concerningly inconsistent as David would advise one thing, however, the sms feedback states something else. Notwithstanding numerous attempts to phone them I am unable to get hold of David as well. My vehicle's return has been long overdue. It is unfortunate that one needs to resort to a complaint to get feedback.

We had an accident with our vehicle, recently, not want to go through the repair process after the trauma. We made a booking to have our vehicle assessed by Brooklyn Motor Lab. When we booked the vehicle, they were very helpful to assist in getting a quotation. After taking in the vehicle frequent updates were given on the process of my vehicle. Even when there was additional unforeseen damage they were quick to update and additional parts were ordered. It was a refreshing experience to be assisted by Friendly and professional staff.

Our verhicle has been with them now for 4 weeks. On the 2nd week we went to go and see how far they are, because it was a minor repair, and just fitting of new parts. We found our vehicle standing on the pavement across the road, where anyone can just get in and take my car. They left all our parts in the car, including their sanding paper, and the dust from the body filler was everywhere. They do not give us updates or any feedback, we have to call them. They even told us, that we mustn't worry about the repairs so much, because the parts will cover it, and no one will see it. You would send emails, but they don't respond to it.They tampered with my dashcam, it records back and front. And every day they drove around with my car, as we picked up on our tracking unit trip reports. I would never recommend them to anyone. I can't believe that they are still on any of the insurance's panel. Very very bad service. What should have been a 2 week period, has turned into almost a full month now, and we are still battling to get our vehicle. They did not wait for the excess fee that we had to pay, why must I wait for something that is my property!!!

I took my car to Brooklyn Motorlab for repairs. They first ordered a wrong part and later managed to get the correct one. The accessor from Momentum came to see my car for a separate case. He said to me the panelbeating was not properly, and the part that was supposed to be fixed is not properly aligned. I was promised that it would be fixed. It is not fixed up until today. Let alone the service I received from one of the staff members who said to me my car is empty, meaning it doesn't have petrol, it was deliberate for me not to fill up petrol cos my car didn't have a technical issue but needed to be fixed and be parked in their premises. I don't know what is the petrol for.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced from an automotive repairer. A year after having our vehicle painted, it starts chipping off, I took it in for an evaluation and they insisted I am an idiot and cannot understand why their paint job is chipping off. Nowhere else on the vehicle is the paint chipping but where THEY painted. David promised to call me back with further details and one week later still no call? Terrible service and no idea of how to keep customers.
