I have third‑party consent for member *** and have been attempting to resolve this account issue for 18 days without any progress. The latest Bestmed reference number is J***6 / D***. I need to make specific mention of ndzalama mashigo, whose complete lack of responsiveness and failure to take accountability has directly contributed to this ongoing problem. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and is a key reason why member *** will be moving to a more efficient and reliable medical aid provider, such as Discovery. I have sent multiple emails, made numerous calls, and invested an unreasonable amount of time trying to get this resolved. The service received from Bestmed has been nothing short of disgraceful. What an utterly useless medical aid.

What an inefficient company!! I should never have listed my place on Airbnb!! They recived two payments and nothing is in my bank account. When asking about it, they say I must contact my financial institution. Airbnb is ****ming people. Be VERY CAREFUL to host through them.

Claim No: ***. The service from Discovery was perfect, however the assessor (Brooklyn Motorlab) will result in people moving away from Discovery. I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the use of Brooklyn Motorlab as an assessor within your network. My vehicle was assessed by Brooklyn Motorlab on 05/12/2025 at 08:00, during which the assessor explicitly assured me that the damage on the rear passenger side behind the driver would be covered and repaired as part of my claim. This assurance was clear and unequivocal. However, despite this commitment, no repairs were ever carried out, and no explanation or follow‑up was provided. The promises made during the assessment were not honoured, leaving me with unresolved damage and no accountability from the assessor. This experience raises serious concerns about the reliability and integrity of Brooklyn Motorlab’s assessment process. Their failure to follow through on confirmed repair coverage reflects poorly on the standards expected from service providers associated with Discovery Insure. I strongly urge Discovery Insure to review Brooklyn Motorlab’s conduct and reconsider their inclusion as an approved assessor, as their empty assurances directly impact customer trust and claim outcomes.

My experience with Brooklyn Motorlab has been nothing short of unacceptable. My vehicle was assessed on 05/12/2025 at 08:00, and during that assessment the assessor explicitly assured me that the damage on the rear passenger side behind the driver would be repaired through my claim. That promise was clear, direct, and unambiguous. Yet despite that commitment, nothing was done. The damage remains exactly as it was on the day of the assessment. There was no follow‑up, no explanation, and absolutely no accountability from their side. I was left chasing answers that never came, while they simply ignored the very issue they promised to resolve. This level of disregard for a customer’s time, trust, and vehicle is completely unacceptable. If this is how they handle assessments and claims, people deserve to know. I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their assurances — because in my case, those assurances meant nothing.

I tried contacting Europcar on whatsapp and facebook, and NO response. Their whatsapp line comes back with 'We are experiencing an error'. Booking ***. What is the total number of free kilometers that we have for this rental? I have been a customer for years, but this experience will have me considering AVIS in future!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AMPATH MONTANA
I took one of my workers to Ampath Montana and Petro van zyl assisted me. I overpaid almost R1000 on my account because she did not capture medical aid information that was given to her. I was told by Sunet from the Montana branch to phone debtors to get my query resolved and my money back. BUT debtors told me that they cannot even see this transaction. When phoning the Montana branch again an arrogant lady answered.
