I received fantastic customer service from Main Reef Tyres in Nigel with regard to my online order of tyres for my Hyundai Accent. Their website is user-friendly and easy to use, upon ordering my set of tyres they informed me via email that the brand I chose was not in stock so they upgraded my order to a higher grade tyre free of charge! I received constant communication and professional customer service, a real pleasure dealing with Main Reef Tyres. Well done!
Once again, builders giving terrible customer service. I have made 3 online orders this year and without fail Builders has managed to mess every one of them up. I received a call that Builders would deliver my order today, I made a special arrangement to have someone at the house but no pitched up from Builders, as per my previous order. The first online order was delivered to a different customer entirely! Is it so difficult to do what you say?? You say you will deliver today then do it!!!!! Builders is unprofessional and plain *********** how is it possible to be so useless at your jobs??
I made an online order on Builders website, it has take more than a week and I still have not received my order. On Wednesday I received a call asking if they can deliver, but they did not arrive. On Thursday they also did not deliver, and no phonecall to me with any update/information about my order. On Friday I had to call them to find out where my order is, I was told they will come on Saturday. It's Saturday today 11.00 and still nothing arrived, I called them again only to find out that there are no trucks available to deliver on Saturdays?? They are *********** pathetic people who do not know how to deliver a service to paying customers. This is terrible customer service, I am sure that Chamberlains would not do this to customers!!
The worst company in our country. Complete **** with almost non-existent customer service, report them to the NCC as far as possible. I don't believe they even have the products they claim to sell, a dishonest group of ********s acting as an e-commerce company!
Terrible customer service, paid for an item. Been waiting for 2 months, still no tracking information and no updates. I don't think it will ever arrive, a total ****. Companies like this should be targeted and charged!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced from an automotive repairer. A year after having our vehicle painted, it starts chipping off, I took it in for an evaluation and they insisted I am an idiot and cannot understand why their paint job is chipping off. Nowhere else on the vehicle is the paint chipping but where THEY painted. David promised to call me back with further details and one week later still no call? Terrible service and no idea of how to keep customers.

I ordered something for my wife on Valentines Day, NetFlorist failed to deliver and when I queried it, their email response was simply "An attempt was made to deliver". My wife works at a school where there is a reception with office staff as well as many other teachers, workers etc. How can a company fail to deliver something on Valentines Day and state 'an attempt was made to deliver'?? The whole point of ordering something is for it to be delivered? Poor service and useless feedback, I will not be using this company again.
Terrible customer service, we ordered atlases for our grade 10 learners and after months of waiting nothing has arrived with absolutely no contact from them at all. Absolutely the worst company to deal with, possibly quite fraudulent and robbing schools and parents of money for nothing in return.
