Subject: Formal Notice – Harassment and ******** Communication

Dear Brooks and Luyt Attorneys,

I refer to the repeated telephone calls made to me on 20 February 2026, including seven calls at approximately 20:35, as well as calls made to my place of employment.

I have already spoken to one of your representatives regarding this matter. Despite this, your office continues to contact me excessively and after business hours. This conduct constitutes harassment.

You are hereby instructed to:

Cease all telephonic contact with me.

Cease contacting me at my place of employment.

Direct all further communication to me in writing only.

Please note that continued harassment will result in formal complaints being lodged with the Council for Debt Collectors and the Legal Practice Council without further notice.

Furthermore, any threats of repossession without a court order are ******** and misleading. Kindly confirm whether legal proceedings have formally been instituted and provide written proof thereof.

Govern yourselves accordingly.
