I came in on Sunday a week ago to your Fourways Mall branch, to inquire about the replacement of my lost wedding band.
I was informed that the ring could be remade, and did a sizing which turned out to be a half size smaller than the previous one, which I then arranged to get a quote on to receive during the next week.
I then phoned your branch (Fourways Mall) 3 working days later, after having not yet received a quote, and I was told that I would get the quote by latest Friday which was 2 working days later. Then I phoned again at around 2pm on that Friday, after having still not received the quote, and I was told that I would be phoned back later that afternoon with some feedback on the quote, which did not take place.
It is now 7 days since I requested the quote, and still I have not received the quote.
It seems to me Brown's is making so much money they don't need to worry about 20-40k falling through the cracks.
