New employee (bald lady- Dominique?) sat on the floor behind the counter facing away from the till and scrolled on her phone (which is not allowed behind the counter as far as I know) - apparently to fix the staff wifi to play music. Meanwhile I stood at the counter waiting to see how long it took to get service. Seated customers also noticed the bad service. I was only noticed when another staff member (Tracy) came out of the kitchen carrying food and drinks for other clients - she saw me and immediately helped while the bald headed emoloyee kept making excuses for their poor work ethic instead of apologizing and helping their colleague. This employee has exhibited poor work ethic on multiple occasions - is that what we can expect from all new Bru staff as loyal customers?
