Unaccommodating and unfriendly
I was extremely disappointed at the service I received from Brug Pharmacy. The pharmacist had to tear himself away from his cell phone to assist. He was very unfriendly and although he sort of assisted, he did so grudgingly. The shop assistant equally so. Maybe it had been a long day and it was close to closing time but that shouldn't justify the reason for bad service. Our family has supported Brug Pharmacy for more that 50 years from when they were first established in Paul Kruger Street in Capital Park, to where they are now in Rietfontein. I will not be renewing my script at this pharmacy and will take my business elsewhere.

Brug Pharmacy exxlent service
There is no better and more helpful pharmacy in Pretoria. I have been going there for more than 10 years, during which I've had to use several other pharmacies in the city and elsewhere, and I have NEVER had any reason to complain about Brug. The manager and all staff are highly professional, always helpful and very friendly. Deliveries are made promptly and secure.

Brug Pharmacy exxlent service
There is no better and more helpful pharmacy in Pretoria. I have been going there for more than 10 years, during which I've had to use several other pharmacies in the city and elsewhere, and I have NEVER had any reason to complain about Brug. No service
I went to the above mentioned pharmacy for a repeat of my euthyrox medication.one lady was at the till point and another was busy with medication on the shelves. No pharmacist was behind the counter to assist.I waited for a while for someone to assist. I could just of been invisible.
