I bought a second hand Q3 Audi vehicle from Nissan Bruma in April 2024. The sales person - Jason service was great when selling.
My dissatisfaction is with the after sales service. I picked up that my vehicles steering wheel buttons are not working after buying the vehicle and the breaks also started making noise after a month of buying. We took my car in eventually in August, and I was told to pick up my car the following day. Only to find that they just wiped the buttons on the steering and didn't fix the problem. It's been back and forth with Jason since, he slowly took long to respond to my messages and then eventually stopped.
I am really disappointed and dis-heartened because I'm paying for a car that it not completely working. I would like to just take the car back but I need a car to get around daily.
