I bought a Ford Everest late last month and I haven’t paid for it and yet I’m having issues with the car.
It started giving me problems and wouldn’t start and I sent Lulu who was the person that sold me the car a video complaining about it. Nothing happened as she ignored it. The problems got worse on the 16th April and o called her and was told to go any nearby Ford dealer as if that’s the practise because a car has to be booked in first, I did it none the less and did not receive any help.
I told Lulu again because my boot is not opening, my reverse camera is not working, my mirrors don’t open and close and the car takes a couple of times of trying to start for it to start and of course! She promised that she is working on assisting me as I ended up taking it to a battery centre Because I don’t know what was wrong with it. It was confirmed that the battery needs to be replaced, I told her about it and she promised to get back to me on the 17th April which she never did. I ended up having to cancel my vacation and lose money in the process, not to mention, disappointing my kids.
I am so disappointed and ****ed off at the lack of service for issues that weren’t caused by me. I haven’t even paid the first instalment for this car and already I have issues.
My collision assist is off, my steering wheel assist is off and it keeps telling me that it’s saving the battery. The car switched off once today while at a traffic light. Do you understand the danger that comes with that. I won’t even be able to go to work on Tuesday because of this issue. The dishonesty and lack of service is disheartening to say the least. I wen
