I wrote a review because I was not happy with Nissan Bruma and they managed to assist me and I have a car that’s running now with a new battery. Thank you I am happy now.
I bought a Ford Everest late last month and I haven’t paid for it and yet I’m having issues with the car. It started giving me problems and wouldn’t start and I sent Lulu who was the person that sold me the car a video complaining about it. Nothing happened as she ignored it. The problems got worse on the 16th April and o called her and was told to go any nearby Ford dealer as if that’s the practise because a car has to be booked in first, I did it none the less and did not receive any help. I told Lulu again because my boot is not opening, my reverse camera is not working, my mirrors don’t open and close and the car takes a couple of times of trying to start for it to start and of course! She promised that she is working on assisting me as I ended up taking it to a battery centre Because I don’t know what was wrong with it. It was confirmed that the battery needs to be replaced, I told her about it and she promised to get back to me on the 17th April which she never did. I ended up having to cancel my vacation and lose money in the process, not to mention, disappointing my kids. I am so disappointed and ****ed off at the lack of service for issues that weren’t caused by me. I haven’t even paid the first instalment for this car and already I have issues. My collision assist is off, my steering wheel assist is off and it keeps telling me that it’s saving the battery. The car switched off once today while at a traffic light. I have been subscribed to Vumatel/Webafrika and I haven’t had connection for 2 days now and spent most of my morning begging for assistance with no luck. Instead I’m being told to reset, switch off and wait. I work from home and this ****ty service from them is inconveniencing me big time. They just don’t care and frankly I’m enough and I’m cancelling that ****ty provider
I have an All risk device insurance with Cell C uderwritten by Hollard. On the 27th May i lodged a claim for my device which accidentally fell into water and was damaged and that is covered as well. I was informed that it will take 21 days to finalise the claim and it did not, i took more than that. i complained on the 18th June as my claim was still not finalised. I was informed that they are waiting for a quotation on the damage of my device from an external provider and will be given an excess amount was that's received. On the 19th i received an email informing that my claim has been approved and an excess fee of R2250 has to be paid before i can collect my Apple Iphone 13 pro graphite 256gb MLve3aa/A is collected, which is exactly what my policy states will have to be paid as excess for the devices current worth. I made payment and emailed proof of payment onthe 20th June with reference number #2803751. When i quiried a way forward, i was informed that their finance department needs to allocate the amount paid before i can fetch the phone. On the 21st i received another email informing me to pay an additional excess of R 3169.80. When i quiried why there is an additional excess as that is not in my policy, i was informed it is because my device is beyond repair. I told them that the excess i paid is according to my policy with them and i was informed that someone should have informed me of this additional excess even though it is not part of my policy with them. I was informed that though it is not part of my policy, i still have to pay the additional excess and no one can explain why as this is not a valid reason as this is not part of my policy. This is wrong because i had already paid my excess as per the policy and now i am being charged an additional excess. THis is nonsense and i want my device as i did adhere to my poicy with Cell C. This is nonsense!
I have a car that’s been parked at home for some time since I’ve been travelling for work and I couldn’t start it this morning. I called my Diiscovery insurance for assistance to jump start the car and in just 20Minutes Kevin showed up and sorted me out. The car is all good now. Thanks Discover and Kevin.
Cell C is just F'ing me around. When i sent the last review, i was asked to send the documents i was requested to send to their fraud email to them, i did forward all the required documents. i received an email stating that even though i received a commitment fee that i had to pay and was never advised or informed that a debit order of the same contract which i had paid off and cancelled will be debited from account. It is frustrating because i was instructed to now go back to the store where i paid the commitment fee and took out a new contract with Cell C and was advised that i can only get a new contract if my account with them shows that i owe Cell C R0, which was the case after i paid that commitment fee they gave me. Everytime i get a call, i get advised differently on what to do or get given a reference number and nothing happens after that. When i took out my new contract i was advised that i will be invoiced a pro rata amount for the new contract as it was on the 12th of September and a full contract amount for the month of October which was expected and it is charged on my invoice for October. Why would i be advised that a pro rata amount for the new contract will be charged and still pay a full fee for the contract i cancelled with Cell C. Instead of dealing with their mistake, i am being made to run around and fix their mistake. What is even worse is my number has been suspended by Cell C. I also received my invoice for October which excludes the amount that was debited end of September of R 1154, the total invoice amount is R 2400.81 but my account was debited R 3624 and i can't even call them as my number or service has been suspended. I am not getting joy or anyone that explains what happened and where the mistake was, they seem to all be giving me different outcomes. this is just pure nonsense as they're not taking responsibility and yet i must run around again after i was told to go to the police station and later informed that i was not supposed to do that. Now i am being told to go back to the store, why are they not FIXING THEIR MISTAKE! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS AS IT HAS BEEN SINCE THE BEGGINING OF OCTOBER and i am still getting different answers. When i called again on Monday using my office phone and quoting the reference number i was advised that the case is still opened and they are still dealing with it and yet i get debited and my number suspended. I even signed a new contract with them and charged the pro rata fee. DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS NETWORK, IT IS NONSENSE AND I WILL KEEP BLOCKING THEIR DEBIT ORDERS UNTIL I GET ANSWERS.
On the 28th September 2022, i wrote a complaint against Cell C after they debited my account for a contract i had paid off on the 12th September 2022 and cancelled. Cell C gave me an amount i needed to pay to have the contract cancelled, which i did. I have since been bombarded with calls from Cell C asking me to pay the debit order amount for the same account i had paid off and cancelled. I was eventually advised to go to the police station and get a affidavit that explains what happened which i did and sent to these email addresses on the 7th October 2022 ;collectiontionsqueries@cellc.co.za and Fraudquery@cellc.co.za as advised. The calls didn't stop from Cell C as they claim to not have received my emails or that the collection department is not aware of the emails and yet i sent to them as well explaining that i cancelled my contract and paid it off and proceeded to take out a NEW contract and not an upgrade, or i would'nt have bothered paying off that contract if an upgrade was what i wanted. on the 17 i received another call from Cell C and i explained yet again and the consultant on the line put me on hold and went to talk to their manager, she later understood and promised to send me a statement without the debit order amount that was debited, which confirmed that i did not owe Cell C as it will only have the amount for the NEW contract i took out with Cell C. i did receive that statement as promised and i was happy believing that the matter has been sorted out. I received another call on the 20th from a Cell C consultant who claimed to not be aware of any of these and was requesting my information and i said to her that " surely you guys have my details as i had confirmed my ID number with them as requested and she also wanted to have my email address and i did not understand why as she has my information. later in the day my line got cut off or commissioned by Cell C because they are still harassing me due to a mistake they made and i did eveything i was requested to do from them even though the mess up was from their side. Currently i can't use my phone for calls and i use this phone for work, i am just gatvol with the level of incompetence from Cell C and i do not understand how a business as big as Cell C can do that, how are the different departments not talking to each other and i end up inconvenienced by their lack of communication. I am so ****ed off right now as i can't even call Cell C due to my number being cut off to tell them exactly how i feel. i need this nonsense sorted out and fixed, this is bull**** as i have been a client for years with them. I had a Cell C contract and my phone was stolen on the 12 September 2022. I went to pay it off and cancel that contract as it was paid off. I then requested a new contract and I got it. I was later informed that instead of cancelling the contract I paid off and starting with a new contract, they just upgraded my previous contract which was paid off. I realised because I did not understand why the data from the old contract was now with my new contract. All I requested was a Sim swap as I still wanted my number. I have been calling and have been receiving reference numbers but nothing has come of it. Now I had a debit order go through for the old contact which I later reversed because I paid off and cancelled that contract on the 12, why am I still being debited. Now they’re telling me to go to the police station and make and affidavit stating that I had requested for that contract to be closed or cancelled. I am not happy because why is it that they’re not fixing their mistake, but instead requesting me to go up and down to fix their mistake. My new contract is from the 12 September 2022, it is not an upgrade and I’m not happy with the lack of service from Cell C, instead they’re telling me the matter was resolved, but it was not as I would not have had a debit order go off my account from the previous contract. I currently have 3 contacts and a data only plan one is coming to an end by end of September. I purchased a brand new Nissan Xtrail in 2018 with NISSAN BRUMA which was a big disappointment as their service was appalling. About a month ago I was through my documents and realised that they were items charged that where not on my car. 1. Tow bar 2. Mouse var 3. Step I called them on the 1st of November to make a query and raise my concern, they put me through to their Sales Manager who told me she can't access her system at the time and will get back to me on that same day. I did not hear from her so I called their Head Office and they promised to ask the Sale's Manager to get back to me. A lady from HO got back to me to tell me it was because I traded inn a car and there was a shortfall of R100000. 00 so hey had to make a plan for the bank to finance me. This was news to me and when I traded my car it was sold to them for R120 000 and there was going to be a shortfall of R60000. I told her that's not true and she told me she will tell the Manager to get back to me, it is the 17th and still nothing. I wasn't expecting much from her as she failed to assist me when I bought my car and they delivered it late, my number plates where dropped off at my works reception for me to install them until I complained again! She clearly dies not care and for them to make up items just to doop the bank into giving me a loan says a lot about their businesses ethics.
I joined Virgin Active in May and was supposed to only pay R396 and in June a debit order of R 836 and I have been sending emails even talking to some consultant since then to get a refund. I don't remember all of them but I remember a Siphokazi I spoke to who also promised to send through for a refund and that was in July and nothing has happened I spoke to Zanele Zonke who requested that I send proof of payment as they can't locate my payment on their statements which is nonsense if they were able to debit my account. I sent Zanele Zonke proof of payment on the 3rd of August and nothing has happened still. I sent another email on the 18th August and still there is not reply. I received notification on the 21st August that Virgin Active wanted to debit my account for the amount of R1040 and because I didn't have enough funds, some of the money went through and I now have bank charges to the amount of R115 to my account because of them. They still haven't refunded me and yet they debit my account with an amount I don't know what it's for. I am going to block them from debit ting my account and delete my membership.
