Pathetic Service
Once Again Brumeg blindly ignores all emails and concerns. Very quick to send a statement but very bad in returning calls or emails. We are concerned about a special levy but every time we ask him when is the end date, he does not give that information. The body corp in this one specific complex, all ride on a gravy train, and are there for one another as you see they take advantage of the " Visitors Parking" where personal veichels are parked period there. They go and create there own parking bays. I did a hug mistake in investing money in this complex.

Bad bad attitude
The Body Corporate have installed a new intercom system as the one we had never worked for years. Last year a new intercom was installed, Lo and and Behold the new intercom does also not work. ( Why am I not suprised). It apparently has never worked since installationl ast year. My neighbours have queried this but do not get any response. At the beginning of this month, i emailed Brumeg to ask them about it. To date there has been no response. Bad bad attitude. Very quick to send statement for monthly payment of Levies but slow to respond to complaints. I agree with the previous complaint. Arrogant and definitley two man show. His wife does all the work i am told.
