Pathetic service from Vodacom, logged a request to move my fiber line, followed the protocol, but still no fiber line its now goin 3months , and im still billed for it.. Vodacom this is not the way... kids need online school, if there's a problem, update us, really. This is frustrating as hell at the moment
Once Again Brumeg blindly ignores all emails and concerns. Very quick to send a statement but very bad in returning calls or emails. We are concerned about a special levy but every time we ask him when is the end date, he does not give that information. The body corp in this one specific complex, all ride on a gravy train, and are there for one another as you see they take advantage of the " Visitors Parking" where personal veichels are parked period there. They go and create there own parking bays. I did a hug mistake in investing money in this complex.
they do not respond to you, the phones are always busy, they lied and said they called me back with a reference number. \then had told the consultant that no one called and gave me the reference number as they said they would
