I sent my sapphire ring in for repairs. Unfortunately I am traveling around South Africa before going back to the USA, they staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile to help me get my ring back before leaving. I really appreciate the effort. I would highly recommend their services.

POOR WORKMANSHIP AND EXCEPTIONAL UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I am writing this letter as I am obliged to expose this matter and hopefully prevent someone else from going through the same experience.
Last year January I had my wife's' wedding ring (at the time she was my fianc? and it was her engagement ring), made at a reputable diamond exchange and jeweller. It was designed to my wife's specifications and my wife was ecstatic about it. She surely said yes and we promptly started planning a wedding. We wanted to add something special to the engagement ring, to symbolise the transition from engagement to marriage. After numerous discussions we settled on an idea. We wanted small diamonds added to the band on each side next to the main setting, and it ended up 7 on each side and we needed the band resized. Here comes my first mistake, I didn't take it back to the original manufacturer, but decided rather to shop around, as funds were tight.
Whilst shopping in Nicolway Shopping Centre, we entered Bryanston Jewellers. The assistant Mohammed was very eager to help, though he lacked the required knowledge, thus he called his senior, Imran to help out. I presume Imran is the owner

I phoned on Saturday 23rd April 2015 and spoke to Rosa about a watch which I was interested in buying from the store. Due to load shedding on that day I asked if they would be open on the 24th April to which she replied and advised the time of opening (10.00am). I happened to be at the store earlier than 10.00am but I checked the web site to make sure. On the internet it shows \open today"9.00am - 4.00pm. At any rate come 09.55am no one entered or unlocked the store. I pushed the intercom button to check but still no one answered. To cut a long storey short I even phoned Centre Management of Nicolway Centre. They transferred my call to the store"
