Money hungry

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to pick up my baby and took her somewhere else… BVH couldn’t even determine what is wrong but was happy to charge me 15k for one night stay!!! (No surgery done)

My fur baby was famished and had no water in her cage when I got her. If you care about your pet DONT bring them here.

They phoned me the next day to say she needs to have another extraction and is still critical however the second option was that no extraction is required and she is stable. They also added the charges AFTER I informed them I am coming to pick her up!! They are money driven, ***********, and basically **** to get me to pay more. DiSGUSTING how they pray on ppl who would do anything to save their baby. PLUS their bedside manner is atrocious…. PS they didn’t diagnose her, I told them what it was the next day.
