Sloppy service
I have an excellent old Bosch hand drill. It's built way better than the current ones available. However I need commutator brushes for it. I phoned BSC and they couldn't find my model on their database so they suggested that I take a sample in to their office and they will then see if they can assist. I did this and gave them the old brushes and was sold a new set for R150. When I opened the packet I find that they are not the correct size. This is really sloppy service and I travelled 30km to get to their office!

Bosch DIY tools
Company: BSC Tool & Service Centre (BOSCH) Tool: BOSCH Router In January 2020 I had a problem with my new Bosch Router (Also a broken part due to my incompetence) - after listening to my story & checked the machine, they replaced the machine at no cost, with a smile !! Everything was completed within a hour & I could return to Herm****. During July 2020, a wingbolt broke on the same machine (Machine fell from bench) They did not have any spare parts, but replaced the part with a second hand part in good condition, free of charge, which they mailed to Herm**** Staff Brian & Paul very friendly & provides prompt service with a smile!! Its a pleasure to receive such good backup service on DIY tools & therefore I tend to stick with BOSCH.

BSC Repairs
I'm very sad & disappointed, my insurance took my car to BSC repairs in Parow to be fixed,last week Friday they send an email at 10h23 am that my car is ready for collection & they will close at 12h00,if i didnt make in time they will charge R250 for storage ,stating they 've tried to contact me numerous time which i dont even have a voice missed call or a message!
