Company: BSC Tool & Service Centre (BOSCH) Tool: BOSCH Router In January 2020 I had a problem with my new Bosch Router (Also a broken part due to my incompetence) - after listening to my story & checked the machine, they replaced the machine at no cost, with a smile !! Everything was completed within a hour & I could return to Herm****. During July 2020, a wingbolt broke on the same machine (Machine fell from bench) They did not have any spare parts, but replaced the part with a second hand part in good condition, free of charge, which they mailed to Herm**** Staff Brian & Paul very friendly & provides prompt service with a smile!! Its a pleasure to receive such good backup service on DIY tools & therefore I tend to stick with BOSCH.
We are from Herm**** and went on a small tour via road up country specifically to attend Nampo agricultural show @ Bothaville and family in Alberton, Pretoria & Port Elizabeth. On the 20 April 2018 we booked & paid in full for three nights (15, 16 & 17 May 2018) via Safari Now at North Hills Country House Klerksdorp, which was approximate 65Km from Nampo as all surrounding places were already fully booked.We received booking confirmation (Ref: ********** 9 with all relevant detail & acknowledgement of funds paid on the 21 April 2018. Tickets for the Nampo main days 16,17 th May were already bought. Imagine our dismay & frustration, when while travelling to Klerksdorp, we received an SMS on Monday the 14th May 2018, that SORRY, but our booking was cancelled due a System error (Only discovered 23 days after confirmation of booking) SafariNow blamed North Hills Country House & the lodge blamed Safari Now ...? a) The other client which was double booked should have been placed elsewhere, as we paid upfront, as instructed by the booking agent b) After getting nowhere in our arguments with the Lodge, we accepted (Had no choice) other accommodation (72km away from Nampo ), recommended by the Lodge. c) This other accommodation was self catering & below acceptable standard (We also had to incur additional costs: Food, toweling, etc. as this was self catering and not a bed & breakfast) Both the booking agent and Lodge should have accepted responsibility and at least offered to pay for all additional costs as well as inconvenience caused. - IS THIS SERVICE ..?
