Bosch DIY tools

Company: BSC Tool & Service Centre (BOSCH) Tool: BOSCH Router In January 2020 I had a problem with my new Bosch Router (Also a broken part due to my incompetence) - after listening to my story & checked the machine, they replaced the machine at no cost, with a smile !! Everything was completed within a hour & I could return to Herm****.

During July 2020, a wingbolt broke on the same machine (Machine fell from bench) They did not have any spare parts, but replaced the part with a second hand part in good condition, free of charge, which they mailed to Herm****

Staff Brian & Paul very friendly & provides prompt service with a smile!! Its a pleasure to receive such good backup service on DIY tools & therefore I tend to stick with BOSCH.
