We received the worst service from Best Safety Glass this past Saturday, We went to go and replace our windscreen, First of all, The fitter was working alone, We were there from 9am and only left 11:30 , They do not care about your car, If they do not let the item that they take out the windscreen with hit your car, Then they forget to place your license disc on the new windscreen, I left several messages for the Manager to phone me back, I also emailed her, Now the new issue is that the windscreen is not fittet properly , It sounds like it wants to crack on the left bottom side and the wind comes in, I have also reported this and guess what, They do not give a ****, They want to call me and say that , that is the reason why you must not take your car for a wash, The car still has their original tape on the windscreen and the hand marks of the fitter is still on the windscreen so how is this my problem, Maybe if the one fitter had help this would not have happened, I am still waiting for them to send out a fitter to my work for them to fix what they did not do, I did not ask them for a discount when I went to them, I paid for a Windscreen with a sensor but they take of your old sensor and place it on the windscreen, I am not happy with BSG Jet park at all, I want them to fix their ****ty job that was done. And maybe get a Manager that wants to provide customer service, Because the one that they have do not know how to use a phone and phone back a customer if they have a complaint and neither does the manager want to sort out problems, But still they get a manager salary but do not know how to manage
