Lack of Customer Services
Words fail to describe our frustration with this company. You basically pay for nothing....connection off more than on...We spend two weeks fighting to get an issue resolved. When they finally came they put some lousy cable without even explaining what has been the issue. Next thing we receive R750.00 bill for callout. How are you charging me for your non working products.... Calling them is a waste of time. Don’t bother....

Bsit-WiFi - Poor poor Service!!!
I would not recommend this Internet service provider to anyone. I run a small business from home and am completely dependant on internet access to do my business. When you phone these people for support when you cant connect via their Rain internet service provider they promise to resolve the issue and get back to you, but never do so. Today is the second day i am without internet and still i havent received any feedback from Bsit!!!
