Words fail to describe our frustration with this company. You basically pay for nothing....connection off more than on...We spend two weeks fighting to get an issue resolved. When they finally came they put some lousy cable without even explaining what has been the issue. Next thing we receive R750.00 bill for callout. How are you charging me for your non working products.... Calling them is a waste of time. Don’t bother....
<p>On 6 July 2018 around 13:00 i bought Modern Muse Le Rouge ( Estee Lauder) perfume at Edgards Cresta. On 7th July 2018 morning i opened the perfume to find it empty. I went back to the store around 11:30 to report my shock. Estee Lauder "head office"representatitive as he referred to himself told me that there is no sign of leakage on the bottle which makes it difficult to believe my story. He took the bottle and said he is sedning it to Estee Lauder customer service ( i guess estee lauder customer services packs the bottle themselves). I was then referred to an Edgars store manager who ensured me that they will invistigate and return to me after a week. We are now on week three, i have not heard anything from estee lauder representatives or Edgars. I paid a R1000.00 for a perfume i have never even gotto use, and was treated like a criminal who bought a perfume and used it all within 24hours and reruned empty bottle.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be aware Edgars and Estee Lauder are scammer who will sell you empty bottles and still take your money. Insist on opening the perfume before you leave. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never set foot in any Edagrs store or buy estee lauder products anymore.</p>
