Lack of Customer Services

Words fail to describe our frustration with this company. You basically pay for nothing....connection off more than on...We spend two weeks fighting to get an issue resolved. When they finally came they put some lousy cable without even explaining what has been the issue. Next thing we receive R750.00 bill for callout. How are you charging me for your non working products....

Calling them is a waste of time. Don’t bother....
