I recently received a very disturbing call from the number ********** the lady introduced herself as nobuhle and knew everything thing about me from ID number to my residential address she said that I will receive a sort of voucher and that I should hand her my account number so she could deposit money on it. This made me very nervous she said she got my number and information from a sort of data base.

I am still waiting for a call back from Phindile's superior So a couple of weeks back Phindile called me under falls pretense of offering me a voucher. She actually asked if my voucher had been delivered to me, I said no. She asked me to confirm my postal address to see if they sent to the correct address. proceeding with our conversation she asked me to give her my ID number, I refused and said I will only give her my birth date. She then asked which bank I use, and i refused to tell her. Honestly at this point I was getting annoyed... She laughed it off, like a smug laugh. She asked if I still use (She called out my bank name). I stayed on the line to find out just how much information she had on me. Oh b the way...when i gave her my birth date she read out my ID number to me. After she said my bank name I told her that i was not comfortable with the call and that I do not want the voucher she was offering me. She then said that no money will be debited from my account, but then I asked why she needed that information and she could not answer. Instead she asked me which day of the day do I receive my salary, again I asked for relevance... She then read out my personal account number to me, and again that smug laugh... then she hung up A few weeks later I got a debit from BuckSure of just under R100. I searched for contact details, gave them a call to asked why they were debiting my account. I was told that I had agreed with Phindile, which I did not, and that I was subscribed to God knows what. I liked that the lady who was assisting me said all of their calls are recorded, and she could see when Phindile called me. I told her that I never agreed with Phindile about anything, that she was dishonest and rude!! I asked to be transferred to Phindile's manager, she told me that all the managers were in a meeting (really???) but she will get someone to call me back. A few days later I called back, got the same lady, same story. I also requested for the recording of my call with Phindile... A lotta weeks later and I am still waiting for the call back and the requested call recordings
