Towards end of November 2022, I did vehicle insurance quote and they seemed reasonable. We agreed on derbit order dates. few days later I got policy schedule. Reading through the documents, I found unreasonable things; increased access amount, penalties when driving during certain hours, penalties when vehicle is being driven by another person, 6 months waiting period. I then ruled this insurance based on their terms and conditions. I then called them and requested cancellation as their insurance terms were not very accommodating. I received a confirmation of cancelation via email. and I was told derbit order has also been cancelled. at the end of the month, I see a derbit order going through. I call them and they promise to refund within 3 days. up until now, there is no refund. everytime I call them they say refund is being processed. I am glad I cancelled their cover. Judging from this experience, it would be a nightmare to claim whenever there is accident. I do not see them dealing with claims. they are not fit for insurance covers. DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE PEOPLE
Updating my policy payment that did not go through last month. I got helped by Vuyisani and he was very helpful. My debit order was amended and payment was arranged as per my request.
I bought a signal booster for my ba*****t room. It took about 2 months to arrive instead of 7-10 days. on arrival, booster does not boost signal at all. I reported that problem and they requested a video. I sent a video then they just keep ignoring my emails. phone calls are not going through. I get to be waited by automated voice that finally says "the extension is not reachable, please leave a message" no answer for some weeks now.
Poor service - I paid for the next day delivery (on Tuesday already) and parcel does not get delivered for 2 days now. their driver keeps buzzing me and write false comments that I did not answer until voice-mail. Their call center also lies saying 2 different versions. When I called them in morning, they say driver did not make to destination last night. I call them again this afternoon and they now say last night they did go to destination and they did not get hold of me in the phone. as a result, I missed my dead line for submission as it was 12:00 today. very poor service.
Bogus loan sharks and scammers. Stole my car worth R240 000,00 for a R65 000,00 loan. After 2 months, settlement amount was sitting at R126 000,00 They took my car and I was paid R 19 000,00. end of the story. NCR does not want to investigate and get these guys paying back my money. EFF could help, I am still looking for contact details of EFF
Very useless. I suspect they get parcels under the table from loan sharks. I have been looted a whole car worth R240 000 over a R 65 000.00 loan. NCR pretended to be following up with the matter. they did find Sun Finance to be practicing outside of of NCR regulations but they say they can not help me recover my car or extra amount taken from me illegally because Sun Finance is not complying. *** Why are they there in the 1st place if they just let go of service providers that are not complaint? very very useless, in fact the word useless does not fully describe NCR, they are way worse than that .
Thanks to Ombudsman MTN insurance finally replaced my cell phone. They rejected claim saying sim card that was used at the time of device damage was not insured despite proof that the very sim card belongs to me and they are fully aware as it was 1 of their contract sim. Thanks to ombudsman.
Making a manual payment is a nightmare. They giving me invalid reference no. Big company dealing with sensitive life insurance should at least have banking details so we can do EFT. I have been told to use USSD codes that are foolish, fails from time to time, it waste of time and loads countless number of 20 cents. Another option tabled to me is Pick n Pay, PEP store.... The very person I am talking to is at work, so why are they expecting me to be sitting in long ques for a lousy deposit? If they are failing to provide simple banking details, how can they process claims when I die?
Scammers, activating subscription without my consent, they called me and explained their useless points and all other **** and I clearly say no. next thing I get sms saying welcome to bucksure. I call them and they are mumbling. They are debiting my account and nobody is responsible. what a **** play from these scammers
poor service. No response from insurance people. they just dump my car at renew-it and its very difficult to get them if there is any issue. completely ignorant and does not want to participate in anything through the hustles with Renew-it. I also suspect that renew it is their division. Equally poor and very ignorant towards black man
