I’m not unhappy with the current treatment I’m getting from CHS through broke buddy. Since Tuesday they have been telling me that the claim is wth management for approval while I requested that this claim be made urgently since I had to leave the car behind with my brother stranded in Durban but they take forever to respond if I don’t call or send am email I will get nothing. Now I don’t know why management is taking for over to finalise this claim. I can’t rent a place for my brother anymore and I’m drained by their service.i have been with them for more than 5 years and this is my second claim but the treatment I’m getting is bad while I remain drained and worried about a person I left stranded in Durban after the incident. My question is when the client request a claim to be urgent is not heard, Management can sit with the claim for more than two days before approval while you pay your policy monthly without any delay.

When I try to reach out via phone, I am told that they will provide me with an update after consulting with the management, but unfortunately, that update never comes. It has been over six months since this claim has been ongoing, and the lack of communication is becoming increasingly concerning. I believe that clear and prompt communication is essential in resolving this matter efficiently. Your assistance in escalating this issue would be greatly appreciated. I wanted to share with you my recent horrible experience with Hollard Insurance. I filed a claim with them two months ago, and it has been a horrible experience dealing with them. The process has been dragging on, and my claim still hasn't been finalized. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that you are aware of the challenges you'll face when dealing with hollard insurance. I would recommend being cautious if you are considering using Hollard Insurance in the future.

Hi. I dont know how hollard insurance work. I was insured with hollard . In 2022 i claimed my damaged windscreen they never told me that i was insured with hollard, instead they paid all the damages and my windscreen was fixed. 2024 i had an accident and my car was written off all of the sudden hollard claims that im talk to my broker (Frans Mailula). Who doesn’t answer my calls anymore After few months i was told that my car was written off when i ask for prove of payment there's no prove. They say i was not covered but the car is written off . My name is under judgmental because of Hollard. I’m suffering I can’t do any credit because of them

My claim No : 59-70077-65857, I've been struggling since early December, First I called from the scene of the accident and could not get hold of anyone, I had to arrange my own towing and was forced to forego taking an ambulance to hospital since I had to ensure I knew exactly where the car was being towed to, then I was told they were closed and not availble on Telephone, despite my many plea's both on e-mail and unanswered phone calls, the car is still parked at my residence being damaged further by the rain storms, no one is willing to assist from this place, they are simply the worst to date, I am at my wits end, my contact details , if there will be any response, are on my claim , the number noted above.
