I’m not unhappy with the current treatment I’m getting from CHS through broke buddy. Since Tuesday they have been telling me that the claim is wth management for approval while I requested that this claim be made urgently since I had to leave the car behind with my brother stranded in Durban but they take forever to respond if I don’t call or send am email I will get nothing. Now I don’t know why management is taking for over to finalise this claim. I can’t rent a place for my brother anymore and I’m drained by their service.i have been with them for more than 5 years and this is my second claim but the treatment I’m getting is bad while I remain drained and worried about a person I left stranded in Durban after the incident. My question is when the client request a claim to be urgent is not heard, Management can sit with the claim for more than two days before approval while you pay your policy monthly without any delay.
