Unsolved matter since 2024 January
Hi. I dont know how hollard insurance work. I was insured with hollard . In 2022 i claimed my damaged windscreen they never told me that i was insured with hollard, instead they paid all the damages and my windscreen was fixed. 2024 i had an accident and my car was written off all of the sudden hollard claims that im talk to my broker (Frans Mailula). Who doesn’t answer my calls anymore After few months i was told that my car was written off when i ask for prove of payment there's no prove.
They say i was not covered but the car is written off . My name is under judgmental because of Hollard. I’m suffering I can’t do any credit because of them
