BudgetAir refusing with a refund - stay away from these ****mers

BudgetAir is the worst agent ever please be warned and stay away. I booked an Airlink air ticket on the 10th of January. They could not secure a seat at the advertised price and they could not confirm the ticket yet I had paid.

For that simple transaction, I am struggling to get a refund for that ticket. This is daylight ******* and they are ****mers of note please stay away.

All I need is a refund for a ticket I did not get and had to buy another one.
