Money making scheme
My wife booked a ticket for myself and my son (codeshare flight). There was an error with one letter of my son’s name and she called them to ask them to change it. They firstly charged her 500AED to change one letter. Later they informed her they can’t do it and that it’s a non refundable ticket. Both SAA and Emirates were willing to assist up until they saw the ticket was booked through a travel agency. BudgetAir just refuses to assist to make one single change. This is just them wanting to make more money. We have to buy a new ticket because they don’t want to assist. Be careful of these travel agencies.

**** ***** AVOID AT ALL COSTS
BUDGETAIR ****MERS!!! Dont book with them!!! Client service absolutely useless! Booked a flight,(they made some changes later on - what is completely understandable and acceptable), everything was fine till travelling day came - couldnt check in online it said we have to do it at the airport. We arrived at the airport and this is where all fun started, they couldnt check us in the flight!!! Some information was missing from Budget Air or ETIHAD (they are blaming each other for that). No help at all, hours on the phone with BudgetAir and Etihad - never boarded the plane! Flight was changed to next day and cancelled by ETIHAD again!because budget air didnt complete reissuing tickets. They did nothing to fly us out!!! It was 3 week family trip in Malaysia and Thailand!!!! We also had internal flights, hotels booked - we lost everything!!!! Kids are devastated unable to even talk for two days, there were so stressed by all this!!!!

BUDGETAIR IS A ****! STAY AWAY!
After booking my available airfare through BudgetAir from South Africa to UK, I received an email from BudgetAir saying that there is no available seating (which should have been stated before one makes a booking), and that a refund has been processed and will take up to 5 days. Someone has paid me the Airfare to travel to the UK on Urgent matters and business and this is now prolonged and inconvenienced me significantly, with possible severe repercussions! I have asked BudgetAir for the proof of refund 6 times, with no response from them. There is no contact telephone number, only "chat forums" and email. This agency deliberately took my money knowing that there is no available seating, therefore theft, and a huge ****. People should be very careful of them and be aware of what they do. Пълни измамници пазете се от този посредник докато вземат парите всичко е наред. Когато полета е добре всичко е наред когато полета е отменен ви забравят че съществувате. Аз лично изгорях с този посредник супер нелоялна фирма . оставям всеки сам да реши дали да резервира с тях или не. Пазете се !!!

BudgetAir refusing with a refund - stay away from these ****mers
BudgetAir is the worst agent ever please be warned and stay away. I booked an Airlink air ticket on the 10th of January. They could not secure a seat at the advertised price and they could not confirm the ticket yet I had paid. For that simple transaction, I am struggling to get a refund for that ticket. This is daylight ******* and they are ****mers of note please stay away. All I need is a refund for a ticket I did not get and had to buy another one.

BudgetAir is the worst travel agents ever, that will cost you a lot of time and patience
One of the worst experiences I had with a travel agent ever. I would suggest when planning on doing any traveling do not make any rash decisions, actually putting a little thought into which travel agent you choose if any will make your life a whole lot better. I made the mistake of purchasing airline tickets through budgetAir for Qatar airlines to fly from South Africa to Cancun thinking that I caught a deal of a life time and boy did they prove me wrong. First off for unforeseen reasons I had problems with esta so found I couldn’t fly with Qatar airlines because apparently Qatar airlines only does layovers in the U.S., so I had to cancel my flight therefore canceling my tickets. Since I didn’t pay the extra cost for canceling tickets I ended paying more then half of what tickets cost to cancel my tickets, which you live and you learn. Now here’s where my problem with BudgetAir comes into play, first apparently there is no phone number so that you can call if you have an issue you need resolved quickly, so pretty much anything you need help with happens through there not so reliable messaging service, secondly even though they take their money for canceling your tickets with ease, getting a refund for the little change that you have left is like pulling teeth. So if you think they would they would have any sympathy with your situation, I’m here to let you know that they won’t. It takes them 4-8 weeks to process your refund and get you your money back. So whoever thinks they’re getting a deal by purchasing cheap tickets through BudgetAir, please do your research before you do. I’m living proof that everything that’s cheap don’t end up being cheap at all. And until this day I still haven’t received my refund. Thanks for nothing BudgetAir
