BudgetAir is the worst agent ever please be warned and stay away. I booked an Airlink air ticket on the 10th of January. They could not secure a seat at the advertised price and they could not confirm the ticket yet I had paid. For that simple transaction, I am struggling to get a refund for that ticket. This is daylight ******* and they are ****mers of note please stay away. All I need is a refund for a ticket I did not get and had to buy another one.
Signed up and send through a copy of passport for verification many times, only to be told by Precious that i send through a copy yet it was picture and I took a selfie holding my passport. What a useless bunch of people and useless company. Please stay away from these incompetent people to avert frustration.
I called Vodacom's cancellation department on on two different occasions to cancel my 2 year data contract coming to an end on the 5th of April. On all occasions I was advised that it was cancelled only to have them debit my account again. Concerned I spoke to Mohamed Sheik who advised me that it was not cancelled. How is this fair - forcing to continue with a contract I no longer want and yet I gave my 30 day notice period. This for me is disturbing and can someone please see to it that my contract is cancelled yesterday. To the Vodacom customers, please note that it will be a nightmare to cancel your contract with them one day. You will have to fight. Thank you

I was on the WhatsApp, Online live chat and call for two days but in vain. 5 starts for Minenhle Xulu, she was greatly helpful and willing to listen as opposed to the not my problem attitude i experienced earlier. For a caring and polite conversation Minenhle Xulu is the go to person with regards to the Miway brand

It was such a pleasure dealing with Home-Connect. The router was delivered timeously and they kept me posted through the process. Looking for fibre, Home-connect got me satisfied with their service. Had it not been the delay from Frogfoot side I would have given them 5 stars but overall, I am happy with the service I received.
I ordered a fridge online 8 days ago having failed to find stock in one of the branches, sadly I can't get through to the call centre and no responses from email inquiries. On the Makro website it indicates that the order was packed on the 01st of June but still hasn't been handed to the couriers. Why is handing a packed and fully paid order to the couriers a mission. Could someone please help to quicken this process please. Much thanks
I am at a loss of words with how Makro handles its deliveries. I ordered and paid for my fridge/freezer on the 28th of September. I read on their website that it takes 2-5 days to deliver which was chilled. Sadly today is the 07th of October and I have received nothing. On the 01st of October I received an SMS that my order had been handed to the couriers and was on its way. I called the customer care today the 07th only to be told that they supplier has it and they are not sure as to when it will be handed to the couriers. Why not look at models others are using, you do not need to re-invent a wheel. With all this inconvenience no-one bothers to even put you at ease by calling you or just emailing. I did send an email to their support email and no-one responds at all. Often customers get bored and fed up by unfulfilled promises and loads of phone calls of tracking their orders so much so that they have no option that to just cancel. I hope someone can intervene just so this order of mine can be handed over to the couriers and delivered to me otherwise I will have to cancel. If you were planning to order something online through Makro's website, think twice. Regards, Colin
If at all possible please avoid this travel agent called Travelstart, they are not helpful and out to just get money. Tried to make a change to flight ticket booked through them from Joburg to Cape Town having missed the first part of the trip from Harare due to an emergency but eish this Melissah lady was not willing to assist. Called them at around 12:00 for flight leaving at 15:25 from Joburg to Cape Town but alas they weren't interested. I was willing to pay a penalty.
On the CTM website they indicate that they transport goods to Zimbabwe - and on top of that the goods are fully insured. I bought some tiles Online early this year (2108). On delivery by Mitchell Coots in Gweru, Zimbabwe, they discovered that some tiles were broken. Sadly efforts to get them to deliver the broken tiles has been to no avail. Its been so many months since it happened. Do not be fooled - the load is not insured as claimed otherwise they could have easily replaced the tiles.
