They treated me like a ********, after my car was ******. It took a month to finalise the whole process. I had to drive around and gather information, doing their work.
I have since reached out to budget insurance, asking for a proof of payment from them.
My bank account has been frozen and I can't pay for my daily expenses, thus not being able to provide for my family. The bank has said that a proof of payment would be not necessary. It's a simple document and budget are dragging their feet. Yet again not caring about a now ex customer, whom they treated badly before.
This is inhumane and just speaks to how they treat people like objects, not caring about their wellbeing.
Do better Budget Insurance. Much better. I will take this to the ombudsman. This whole situation reeks.
