Broken Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality.

We moved in here in 1994 at the time when service delivery was at the acceptable level. Over the past 30 years service delivery has plummeted to a disastrous level; ever increasing potholes, burst water pipes, dirty streets, blocked stormer water drains, frequent power failures, incorrect billing and much more.

The annoying thing is shear arrogance of the municipality officials who continuously ignore and deflect our complaints. A few years back water smart meters were installed and it is only now that I realize that we are still billed on the old non-existent mechanical meter. I wonder where they get these figures from. BCMM is in a mess!!
