So I made a booking last week and was notified any changes could be made afterwards. Since Monday morning I have been struggling to amend my booking and add on another camp site. I have emailed about 10 times called 6 times probably more. I have spoken various staff members and told they will email me. I am waiting I even emailed myself to make sure my emails are working correctly and gave qn alternative work email that's used all day to get my new booking number and the amended one for payment but still no mail. I am frustrated and raised my voice Albemarle the lady who helped me told me it's not their side and I know it's mine and when I asked for it to be whatsapp she dropped the call, obviously I got ****ed when I called again the guy Moses or job then decided he would do the same. We haven't arrived and this is how we treated. I have every right to be upset it's been 4 days no new quote or even a call to ask if my email was received and I paid a deposit.
