I bought a breast pump I desperately needed. Delivery was supposed ro be made on Thursday but the courier messed up since then I've tried to get a refund for my order with no luck. I keep being told it will take days. I can't cancel or request a refund not even the shipping information was updated on Friday
January I returned a plastic pool for a refund. I was told to exchange for I need to purchase something at the till so I bought dewormer for my dogs. We got hoke the box was empty I contacted Makro for a refund but my car was sent for repairs so they agreed to collect the box from as I mentioned it would cost me more to Uber there than the actual product. Later on I was unable to drive for the refund, I was highly pregnant. I asked for weeks for them to send the credit to the house. Customer service said I needed to come in. I mentioned countless I am highly pregnant Uber will cost than the product and I didn't need anything from makro. It's now 5 months later no one bothered reaching out since. I went into labour sooner than expected and moved to the westrand now. How do I get my money back for the product I didn't receive?
I bought a hair dryer from clicks fourways crossing last year August or September. I have used the same brand for 7 years prior and excited to get it on discount last year. The dryer blew while using it and caused a black out. I went two weeks ago to ask for a reprint on my receipt for Clicks to send the dryer to the supplier to fix or replace the unit. The employee at the till was happy to do so but the manager Rami refused to assist me saying they can't fix products on a reprint receipt yet the reprint and original proves where and when the dryer was bought. I worked for the brand years ago and I was in customer service I know as long as you can provide the box and warranty the dryer can be booked in for repair if it's under warranty and within the year of purchase.
I made an appointment with Gloria for Saturday at 11:45 both my mom and I were at funerals running late. I messages her to notify her I'll be late. No immediate response so I assumed she's busy with a showing. 6minutes away from the house she messages "Eish, I forgot about you" Highly unprofessional and rude. No apology until I mentioned you not even sorry for wasting my fuel or my time and we left funerals for this!!! She then apologizes. I demanded my fuel money back as it was a far drive out from where I was on Saturday no response. Today again. Worst part is she now wants to justify her terrible behaviour and become even more rude!! I am pregnant and stressed out about finding a place then this woman is making my life even more difficult telling me she's also stressed and pregnant and I am a potential client. She says she told me the client canceled but only did that when I was at the property not before I left to meet with her. I have a gps on my car that will show where I was when she told me about the cancelation and my mom was with me.
So I was retrenched on the 15th May. I contacted fnb regarding my loan I was told to email my documents ans it will be processed. It's almost 3 months later Nelly is still responding. I've sent follow ups no feedback. I recently started working and still no loan insurance kicked in. Instead I'm doubled debited on my first salary. Call in to return the debt I get someone with an attitude and now I must pay R48 to return the double debt fnb made on my account. The guy drops the line and still the debit over hasn't been reversed. I get a call to be told my debit can't be returned until they investigate what happened with my claim. The same money I'm waiting for is my car insurance payment I've missed for 2 months and need to pay. I'm currently pregnant and without insurance. If something happens while I'm on the road fnb won't be liable yet returning my money isn't a priority to them. I was also told on Wednesday that I didn't submit the right documents. Since then I've sent it 4 times no message, no call and no email. How convenient no contact since my first complaint.
It doesn't matter how many times you tell them you unemployed you will get emails ans whatsapps daily. They have debited twice in 3 days and still sending messages saying payment wasn't made!!! Worst tracking system

Two weeks ago I went to the store for can spray for ice buckets I was using for an event. I followed the suppliers instructions on the can and listened to the sales advisor in store. The spray lasted exactly 20minutes and started peeling from the buckets. The following week I returned the spray and took the buckets with me to the store. They denied me any sort of help and I showed them. I wasted money purchasing the product that didn't even work. The managers were arrogant and rude!! Took my half can without reimbur*****t. Kept then called and told me I should've used Primer which wasn't mentioned when I asked for help in store or on the can. I asked them to contact the supplier and get back to me. Instead the manager called to tell me I didn't use the product and I should've known to use primer. As of today no feedback from the store manager.
