*********** and arrogant service level

i stay in riverside lofts , iv moved in last year Aug/Sept and i cannot wait to sell my flat dealing with this managing agent has been the worse experienced i have had as an owner as they do very little in trying to resolve matters and could not care less last year i notified them about a water leak in my parking bay after numerous emails back and forth this was not resolved all they said that is they will get back to me this year i bring it up again to their attention because now its winter and they will be able to see proof of the leak - as previously they said that the plumber saw no leak beside a leak in a drip tray - dont ask me where that drip tray is i have sent pictures and now they have said they await the trustees feedback of the plan to fix this leak - keep in mind this is the ****** second time i have brought it to their attention the latest issue is a geyser burst i notify them that they need to put in a claim to have the geyser replaced ,sent pictures ect ... this gets forward to facility manager Mark Powell an email gets sent to me with a policy number saying " i the owner " needs to put in the claim - keep in mind the policy is not in my name i aske for the contact number as they dont mention the company name and the number thats in the email is blurred out - the Reply from Mark Powel " the contact number as per previous email " this is the type of attitude and respect a facility manager has nothing else gets explained to me its just that i , the owner must put in a claim Friday 26 May i get hold of the insurance company and put in the claim, they cannot do anything until access of 1500 rand is paid - keep it mind this geyser is burst , every time the geyser is put on it leaks, water is coming through the opening in the ceiling now can someone explain to me why there is a managing agent and what are their responsibilities / duties to owners / tenants ? i will be taking this matter as far as possible because i will not tolerate this poor service , paying an exorbitant levy for this kind of ******** and arrogant service
