i have purchased MTN wifi for the month of Aug and ut was scheduled to be delivered 1st of Aug through DSV This has not been delivered and when i called MTN on Sunday 3 Aug, they said they cant do anything as the responsibility lies with the courier service i think this will probably be my last month with MTN
This has been one of the poorest experience i have had with a courier company. Friday 1st Aug they were meant to delivery my MTN Wifi, driver called and informed me he was 5 min away and i was not home so i asked if he could deliver to me last and he said no but he will come Saturday. Their call centre does not work weekends so when i called the weekend i could not get hold of anyone Come Monday i speak to someone and explained that i have now lost 2 days of no internet even though i have paid MTN for the full month, no remorse shown or empathy, gladly scheduled my delivery on 5 Aug 2025
I have seen drawing Honnible yesterday,I was not prescribed an antibiotic for my throat This morning I woke up 10 times worse and called it requesting a script to be send I have received no confirmation about this,when I called in earlier they said that the Dr has recieved my request and will attend to it I said I hope I get it before end of the day and the receptionist could not confirm that This is so poor,im sick and I need an antibiotic to get better and now I must wait on a Dr that couldn't care less
I am in the process of selling my property and I have requested to put on hold my bond payments until transfer is finalized and I will the square the entire amount The bank I have been using since age 18 has declined this request Even though I have not missed 1 bond payment Really shows what loyalty means to a financial institute If ever I do take out another home load it won't be with you
I am still waiting for a response regarding my refund after I paid for damages you caused when installing the tracker Extremely poor service ,it just gets worse and worse
I am still waiting for a call back from one of the team leaders regarding my claim for damages when the tracker was fitted All the call centre agents have extremely poor phone etiquette and if there is an alarm they only call once and not again I regret choosing them of tracker and I will look to cancel this subscription
After a car wash my driver's winders did not work properly ,electric window When I contact them on Tuesday they said they will review the video and give me a call in the next 24 hours ,including public holiday since they said they are open I am still waiting for resolution I will not be using this company
Agent was meant to do 2 things, send me my contract and send an sms for login details for tye app,I only recieved the contract and recieved 3 sms which is the same asking me to rate the service
I bought a mouse 5-6 months ago and wanted to exchange it for a better brand as the sensor was very weak/faulty Matrix at willow bridge said they can only send it to manufacturers and refused to exchange the mouse I will not but anything from this **** company again
This time around t I was assisted by Patrick and it went smooth
